BEE GOOD WOOD OIL
Bee Good Wood Oil® is a locally-sourced premium board oil created and used by Green River Woods, makers of heirloom end grain island tops and custom furniture. We build butcher blocks to last for generations, and we also strive to make the highest quality finish possible to enhance and preserve them.
This is our own personal recipe, developed over decades of experiment and experience. Available in a variety of stores in the greater Asheville area and beyond, Bee Good Wood Oil® is still made in small batches by hand without compromise, since 2008.
Ideal for end grain care, Bee Good Oil is 100% food safe and suitable for all food contact working wood surfaces with a penetrating finish.
As woodworkers with a healthy perfectionist streak, we have taken the time to locate the source of our ingredients as precisely as possible and pay extra to ensure they are first use, FDA approved and even certified organic wherever possible. Quality comes first, always. We are also very proud to support our local beekeepers.

Oil works great on this vintage maple tabletop I sanded down for use as kitchen island. Will definitely purchase more in near future.
Bee Good Wood Oil®
Bee Good Wood Oil® is easy to apply, and is not based in a fruit or nut oil with a limited shelf life, such as coconut oil, that will eventually go rancid over time.
We use pure and certified FDA 100% food grade mineral oil that has not been used previously in industrial lubrication, unlike many mineral oils sold on the bulk market.
